The Dutch company, Lely, is the global pioneer in the area of automated milking and continues to be the market leader in this field. Unprecedented success

At the start of the 90s, the question was whether cows could be milked by a robot. Nowadays, modern dairy farming wouldn't be without robotic milking. Every day, more than a million cows find their way unassisted to the Astronaut milking robot to be milked. Countless hours of testing have earned Lely a wealth of experience, which is consistently employed to further develop the robot.
