The new corporate brand continues Dorner Holding Companys commitment to global development, while creating a cohesive look for its company portfolio.

The expansion of Dorner Holding began late last year when it acquired Penang, Malaysia-based FlexMove (www.flexmove.com), a leading manufacturer of flexible chain conveyors for food, beverage, automotive, electronic and other industries. Then in May, Dorner Holding Company acquired Jülich, Germany-based Geppert-Band (http://www.geppert-band.de), a premier European manufacturer of belt and modular belt conveyors.
