MagikEye to Demonstrate Invertible Light™ Image Sensor Technology at CES

“We are pleased to demonstrate our new 3D sensing solutions that will enable exciting use cases for applications in robotics and smart phones,” said Takeo Miyazawa, Founder & CEO of MagikEye.

Magik Eye Inc. (www.magik-eye.com), an innovative young company bringing new technology to high volume 3D sensing applications, will be holding demonstrations for its latest Invertible Light™ Technology (ILT) at the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. ILT is a new, patented alternative to older Time of Flight and Structured Light solutions, enabling the smallest, fastest and most power-efficient 3D sensing method. "We are pleased to demonstrate our new 3D sensing solutions that will enable exciting use cases for applications in robotics and smart phones," said Takeo Miyazawa, Founder & CEO of MagikEye.

CES 2020 will run from January 7-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada, setting the global stage for innovation and transformative tech. Live demonstrations of MagikEye's latest ILT solutions for next-gen 3D sensing solutions will be held from January 7-9 at the Luxor Hotel. Demonstration times are limited and private reservations will be accommodated by contacting ces2020@magik-eye.com.

FAULHABER MICROMO - Impressive accuracy through the latest chip technology

With the launch of the IEP3, FAULHABER expands its product line with an incremental encoder which, thanks to the latest chip technology, achieves a very high resolution and accuracy. With a diameter of just 8 mm, the IEP3 is very lightweight and compact yet still offers a resolution of up to 10,000 lines per revolution - made possible by the latest chip technology with high interpolation. In the standard version, the resolution is freely programmable from 1 - 4,096 lines per revolution. Moreover, the chip technology that is used ensures a high positional accuracy of typically 0.3 °m as well as a high repeatability of typically 0.05 °m thanks to accuracy compensation.
