A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer approached Thermal Product Solutions with a request to develop an oven that would uniformly remove excess moisture from 3D-printed prescription medications. Gruenberg engineers designed and developed a new custom industrial oven with an external robotic gantry, heat-saving windows, and internal actuators and sensors that precisely positions and dries trays of pills to exact standards.

Titan Robotics’ Atlas 3D printer was named after the famous Greek god who was known for fighting alongside the Titans and then later charged to bear the weight of the heavens on his shoulders. According to Clay, “the strength of this Greek god is an accurate depiction of the strength and size of this new 3D printer”.
With over a year in development including real-world testing in various manufacturing facilities, the Atlas has proven to be a highly-accurate 3D printer that is capable of printing large prototypes reliably over time. According to the company, one beta user documented printing an extremely large accurate and functioning prototype with a total recorded print time of just over 200 hours.

The PQ12-R series of linear servos are the smallest affordable linear servo on the market today. Small enough to fit inside a tic tac box, it's very powerful with a maximum force of over 11lbs. It operates as a direct plug-and-play replacement for standard rotary servos, using the same standard 3 wire connector. Regardless of how you drive your servos, be it with an RC receiver, an Arduino board, or a VEX micro-controller, the PQ12-R servo will function in place of a regular servo, but with the added benefit of providing linear motion. They're available in a 20mm stroke coupled with gear ratio options of 30:1, 63:1 and 100:1 cover a large variety of applications.
