Intelligrated launches automated material handling sales and engineering operations in China

Shanghai office provides local support for key customers in Asia-Pacific region and opportunities for new market penetration

(CINCINNATI: March 19, 2014)-Intelligrated® (www.intelligrated.com), a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces the opening of a new sales and engineering office in Shanghai. The new office plays a key role in the company's strategy to strengthen local partnerships and connect regional customers with best-of-breed automation and software solutions to increase operational efficiency.


Intelligrated will hire local employees to work alongside international sales and engineering staff at its 1388 Hua Mu Road, Pudong location. The Chinese office houses business development, concepting, engineering and systems design for projects in the Asia-Pacific region. Manufacturing remains in the United States for now, with plans to expand Chinese operations to include manufacturing in the future.
