WAUSEON MACHINE AND MANUFACTURING RECEIVES SALES LEADERSHIP AND EXCELLENCE IN INTELLIGENT ROBOTICS AWARDS

The Sales Leadership Award is presented to integrators who purchase and integrate at least 25 robot units during the year.

Recently, executives from Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing (WMM) attended the FANUC Authorized System Integrator conference, where they were recognized for their outstanding achievements during the 2017 calendar year. The WMM team received two of the three awards presented, including the Sales Leadership Award and the Excellence in Intelligent Robotics Award.

The Sales Leadership Award is presented to integrators who purchase and integrate at least 25 robot units during the year. WMM has received this award multiple years in a row, but 2017 marks a new achievement for WMM as the company received a High Honors designation. Out of nearly 800 integrators in the FANUC Authorized System Integrator network, WMM was one of 12 to receive this prestigious designation for integrating more than 50 units.

"Our drive to continue servicing customers beyond their expectations is what fuels our desire to take on and solve new challenges that our customers face," said Tom Stocker, Business Development Manager - Robotics and Automation at WMM. "FANUCs quality, innovative products allow us to do this to the best of our ability."

The Excellence in Intelligent Robotics Award is presented to integrators based on the use of FANUC intelligent products, which enable robots to have sight and touch capabilities (e.g., FANUC Force Sensors, iRVision, and 3D Area Sensors). WMM was presented with this award for integrating nearly 40 percent of the companys systems with intelligent products.

"We have been working with Wauseon Machine for years to ensure continual growth in their systems technology," said Mick Estes, General Manager Distribution at FANUC. "They continue to prove themselves as top-notch integrators of FANUC robots."

"At WMM, we look forward to continued partnership with FANUC, and will continue integrating new robots to better serve our customers needs for innovative products," said Stocker.
