Switching Power Supply for Stepper Motor

Power Supply uses modern power electronics technology to control the ratio of the turn-on and turn-off time of the switch to maintain a stable output voltage. The switching power supply is generally composed of a pulse width modulation (PWM) control IC and a MOSFET.

Power Supply from STEPPERONLINE is DC switching power supply. The DC switching power supply converts the original ecological power (rough power) with poor power quality, such as the mains power supply or the battery power supply, into a high-quality DC voltage (precision power) that meets the requirements of the equipment. The core of the DC switching power supply is a DC/DC converter, and is roughly composed of a main circuit, a control circuit, a detection circuit, and an auxiliary power supply.

STEPPERONLINE's switching power supply output voltage ranges from 12V to 60V, and Power Supply power ranges from 50W to 1000W. All power sources are available for access to utility power as input power, and 115V/230VAC inputs are selected by switches. If it is a single stepper motor, the output current of the selected power supply should be greater than or equal to the rated current of the motor. If a power supply supplies power to multiple motors, the power supply output current can be slightly less than the sum of the rated stepper motor currents.
