Delta Line expands its portfolio with the new IBIX57: a Ø57 mm Brushless DC motor with integrated Motion Controller, available in four versions.

Delta Line introduces the new IBIX57, a new Brushless DC motor with integrated Motion Controller, developed to provide a compact, flexible, and easily integrable solution for industrial automation applications and motion systems.

Available in the IBIX57A and IBIX57B versions, both of which also come with an integrated brake option, the new motor combines control electronics and connectivity in a single unit with IP65 protection, reducing the complexity of installation, wiring and integration within the machine.

The new IBIX57 motors operate on a supply voltage of 24-48 VDC and cover a rated power range from 25 W to 335 W, with a rated speed of 4000 rpm. The rated torque ranges from 0.06 Nm to 0.8 Nm, with a peak torque of up to 2.4 Nm, offering high application flexibility in a compact 57 mm format.

Designed to meet the growing demands of the intralogistics industry and numerous other sectors, the new IBIX57 integrates the motor and electronics into a single solution, simplifying installation, wiring and maintenance.
