Express Tools of GstarCAD2012 Extended Version--Batpurge

GstarCAD2012 Extended Version has been added a Batpurge tool for users to batch purge drawings.

During the CAD software designing process, as the size of drawings growing larger and larger, the performance would be slow down. Generally speaking, the emerging of redundant data often causes this kind of problem; the data will enlarge the size of the drawings, and slow down the response speed of software. So, experienced designers usually purge the drawings.

To purge drawings, traditional method is to open each drawing and purge them one by one. The advantage of this method is the simple operation. However, once there are huge amount of drawings, it will cost much time.

Now, GstarCAD2012 Extended Version has been added a Batpurge tool for users to batch purge drawings. To use this function, designers can type BATPURGE command and add the drawings which are need to be purged into the list.

1. Batch Purge
In GstarCAD2012 Extended, users can add many drawings by one click to add, select, unselect, clean and start purging objects within .dwg files. After click Add Folder button, all the files under the folder will be added into the file list and designers don't have to add them one by one.

2. High Efficiency
Because this command is automatically executed, the efficiency is absolutely high. Please be sure that the unused blocks, layers and dimensions will be purged are no longer in use before purging. Because Batpurge tool is not like purge manually, it has no warning while purging.

3. Flexible
Besides the high automation, Batpurge tool offers freedom to designers too. In the purge file list, designers can select, delete or add files into the list. Designers can also check the log of purging to see if the result meets their demands.
