Elite Robots to Showcase an Enriched Range of All-in-one Solutions and Collaborative Robots at Automate 2024

At the upcoming Automate Show, booth #4255, the cobot manufacturer will present exciting new products, including turnkey solutions for palletizing and welding equipped with its high-load, high-reach cobots.

Elite Robots, a leading supplier of collaborative robots, will exhibit its enriched range of cobots and all-in-one solutions at the upcoming Automate Show (May 6-9, Chicago), at booth 4255.

After a successful 2023, in which Elite Robots experienced substantial growth both in the domestic market, where it stood out with a 3,000 cobot units order from a Fortune 500, and overseas, with nearly 60 percent year-on-year growth, the company aims to further improve its positioning by presenting an updated range of cobots and solutions.

"There can be no better showcase than Automate 2024, the largest robotics and automation event in North America." - says Moritz Garroz, Elite Robots' General Manager for the Americas. "The entire region is currently booming in manufacturing, and the network we have built over the past 3 years gives us the capacity and flexibility to serve it well."

The products Elite Robots will leverage to implement its strategy can be experienced firsthand at Automate 2024, booth 4255, starting with the new all-in-one palletizing solution.

Equipped with Elite Robots' heavyweight CS620 robotic arm, featuring a 20kg payload and 1800mm radius, the solution integrates a lifting column to increase the robot's reach and a custom-crafted end-of-arm tool.

The pallet position sensors inform the robot when an empty pallet is ready for action, while the proximity sensors and the dynamic safety plans ensure enhanced safety.

From the software side, the embedded palletizing wizard ensures rapid setup, ease of operations, and real-time monitoring of the production status.

Next on the list is the ultra-flexible mobile welding solution with multi-angle mounting.

Equipped with a mobile trolley for rapid redeployment and a customizable welder that makes it suitable for a variety of welding types, the solution stands out for its integrated magnetic base, which enables effortless multi-angle installation of the welding arm.

The welding solution can be deployed with either the EC or CS series cobot arms, depending on the user requirements, and can reach a maximum range of 1800 mm when equipped with CS620. It will be possible to preview it at the Assembly Show South (Nashville, May 1-2), at the booth of Elite Robots' local distributor elliTek Inc. #760.

The vision system is another highlight of Elite Robots' rich showcase. Combining the EC64-19 robotic arm (1900mm reach) with the latest scanner from leading manufacturer Shining 3D, the solution is specially designed for the inspection of large components.

"Inspection applications are one of our main strengths. We have deployed several units of EC66 for EV accessories testing at the Mexican plant of global leader ZF, and with this specially designed solution for large components we can literally push the limits." - Garroz commented.
