Using real-time utilization data, Spindle Health Monitoring Systems will further protect Patrick Industries' spindles from failure and work piece errors. This integrated system is installed directly within the spindle, providing real-time monitoring and diagnostics that reduce machine downtime by predicting malfunctions through vibration and temperature analysis. Patrick Industries will receive unlimited technical phone support, quarterly evaluations, performance analyses, and all the parts and labor needed to return their spindles to factory specifications and operational tolerances.
