Flexiv Makes First Foray into Japan at iREX 2025
Flexiv marks its inaugural Japanese exhibition with five flagship demos and a commitment to long-term growth in a vital global market.
SANTA CLARA, CA - November 25, 2025 - Flexiv, a global leader in general-purpose robotics, will make its inaugural appearance at the International Robot Exhibition (iREX) in Tokyo, marking a major step in the company's global expansion.
From December 3 through December 6, 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight, Flexiv's team will be at booth E5-16 to demonstrate the adaptive advantage of their Rizon series robots and show how they can automate tasks traditional robots cannot.
Flexiv's debut at the world's largest robotics showcase features five interactive, live demonstrations designed to highlight versatility, sensitivity, and applied intelligence. Attendees will be able to experience automated car bodywork polishing, precision ball balancing, high-accuracy server component insertion, and an immersive preview of Flexiv's new Isaac Sim plug-in for accelerated development and virtual testing.
Visitors to Flexiv's booth will also have the chance to experience first-hand what makes adaptive robots so unique through Flexiv's massage demonstration station. Powered by the Rizon 4s, the station allows attendees to relax and unwind while the robot adapts seamlessly to any body type, offering a glimpse into the precision, responsiveness, and real-world potential of adaptive robotic technology.
Together, these demonstrations underline how human-inspired adaptive robots can raise efficiency, improve safety, and deliver consistent quality across industries.
Building on their success in both China and Singapore, Japan is the natural next step in Flexiv's international expansion, with the company already having received inquiries from potential partners and businesses seeking their automation solutions.
With Japan's strong history of robotics adoption and a dense ecosystem of integrators, manufacturers, and technology partners, Flexiv expects the market to be fertile ground for customer-driven collaboration and product refinement.
"iREX is the ideal platform to introduce Flexiv's technology to Japan," said Yunfan Gao, VP of Marketing for Flexiv Robotics. "We grow quickly by listening to customers and moving fast to turn feedback into product improvements. Developing the Japanese market is a priority for us because Japanese industries demand the flexibility, finesse, and human-inspired intelligence our adaptive robots deliver. We're excited to demonstrate our capabilities, learn from local partners, and to form long-term relationships that will support the next phase of our global growth."
