Health Robotics' Upgrades its Worldwide Network in Saudi Arabia with Hospital Automation Technology (HAT)

Bozen, Sud-Tirol, Italy - May 28th, 2012. Health Robotics today announced a new

marketing and service channel for its world-leading i.v.STATION ONCO, i.v.SOFT,
and i.v.STATION products with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-based market leader
Hospital Automation Technology (HAT). Health Robotics continues to spearhead the
global healthcare industry and persisting on its worldwide quest to provide safe and
cost-effective Intravenous Admixture Compounding Automation all over the world.

Gaspar DeViedma, Health Robotics' Executive Vice President, stated: "We are very
pleased to improve our KSA-based marketing and technical support channels to
Hospital Automation Technologies, replacing AHCSC. Just like we terminated nonperforming
channels throughout 2011, we will continue to diligently monitor channel
performance worldwide, and to make necessary changes when appropriate, such as
for instance when Health Robotics' customers request upgraded service, as has
been the case in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, demanding technical improvements".

Abdulrahman Al-Duailij, General Manager of Hospital Automation Technology,
stated: "Health Robotics is the only company in the world that provides hospitals and
pharmacies with both Robotics and Non-Robotics' based Intravenous Admixture
Compounding Automation solutions for Chemotherapy, TPNs, Controlled
Substances, Antibiotics, and other IVs. As Health Robotics is the undisputed global
leader in the market with 10 times more installations that all of its competitors1
combined, we are extremely fortunate to be able to bring Health Robotics' life-critical
medical devices to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, replacing AHCSC."

Mr. DeViedma continued: "i.v.STATION ONCO represents Health Robotics' 2nd
Generation Cancer Therapy Compounding robot, several years ahead of its
competition1. Amongst the technology innovations pioneered by i.v.STATION ONCO
are its: ability to handle pre-attached lines to IV Bags; small footprint [at 15% to 25%
of the size/weight of other I.V. Robots]; faster throughput [up to 40 doses per hour
instead of 20 doses per hour]; automated tamper-evident syringe capping; and
finally, RFID support. Together with i.v.STATION and i.v.SOFT products and their
extreme price/value advantages over the competition1, we expect to replicate in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia our worldwide market success on long term basis."

About Health Robotics:
Founded in 2006, Health Robotics is the undisputed global leading supplier of lifecritical
intravenous medication robots, winning 100% of all worldwide I.V. Robot's
publicly announced purchases in 2010 and 2011, and providing over 250 hospital
installations in 5 continents with robotics-based technology and clinical software
automation solutions. Health Robotics' world-leading solutions CytoCare® and
i.v.STATION® ONCO [hazardous IVs], i.v.STATION® [non-hazardous IVs],
i.v.SOFT® [workflow engine for sterile compounding], OMM® [Oncology Medication
Management], MEDarchiver® [life-critical clinical information system], and
TPNstation™ [totally-automated parenteral nutrition] have and will greatly contribute
to ease hospitals' growing pressures to improve patient safety, increase throughput
and contain costs. Through the effective and efficient production of sterile, accurate,
tamper-evident and ready-to-administer IVs, Health Robotics' products help hospitals
eliminate life-threatening drug and diluent exchange errors, decrease other medical
mistakes and sterility risks, work more efficiently, reduce waste and controlled
substances' diversion, and diminish the gap between rising patient volume/acuity and
scarce medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff. For more information, please visit:
