QinetiQ North America to Provide Command and Control Support to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command

QNA will provide SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic with support services including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable and interoperable C5ISR, information operations and enterprise information services.

RESTON, Va. - June 18, 2013 - QinetiQ North America (QNA) today announced it was selected as one of 15 prime contractors on a multiple award contract (MAC) to provide command, control, communication, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C5ISR) and enterprise information services and software development to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic. The MAC is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award for one base year with a ceiling value of approximately $180 million, plus four option years.


QNA will provide SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic with support services including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable and interoperable C5ISR, information operations and enterprise information services. Specific capabilities include: visual information systems, navigation systems, global command and control systems, tactical mobile, shore-based air traffic control facilities, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing and open source development.

The work will primarily support: Defense Information Systems Agency; Marine Corps Systems Command; U.S. Navy's Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence; Naval Air Systems Command; U.S. Air Force Central Command; U.S. Central Command; Naval Sea Systems Command; and other Department of Defense and federal agencies.
