QinetiQ North America to Provide Software and Systems Engineering Support to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Systems Center Atlantic

The work will support the SPAWAR SSC Atlantic mission of enabling net-centric capability superiority to Naval and joint warfighters through their work on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ENCORE II contract.

RESTON, Va. - September 23, 2013 - QinetiQ North America (QNA) announced today it was awarded a three-year, $10 million contract with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic to provide engineering and testing subject matter expertise in the areas of service oriented architecture (SOA) engineering, development, system validation, certification, and testing over the duration of multiple net-centric programs.


The work will support the SPAWAR SSC Atlantic mission of enabling net-centric capability superiority to Naval and joint warfighters through their work on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ENCORE II contract.

Services are anticipated to include requirements management and traceability, SOA testing, software test strategy coordination and creation, software test planning, software test case design, manual and automated software testing, software test reporting, quality assurance and database development.
