Lincoln Electric Acquires Easom Automation Systems, Inc.

Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO) announced today that it has acquired Easom Automation Systems, Inc., a privately held integrator and manufacturer of automation and positioning solutions, serving heavy fabrication, aerospace and automotive OEMs and suppliers.
