IMTS - Robotmaster at IMTS 2016

Robotmaster will be exhibiting at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) which will be held September 12-17 at the McCormick Place in Chicago (IL).

Hypertherm Robotic Software will be exhibiting at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) which will be held September 12-17 at the McCormick Place in Chicago (IL).  Come visit us in the North Hall at our main Booth N6322 for a preview of our revolutionary next generation technologies, further enabling the economic implementation of robots to companies of all sizes. You will also have the opportunity to see two live robotic demo stations performing cutting and surfacing/de-burring as well as a demo of the unparalleled ease-of-use to successfully program these applications.

Robotmaster will also be displayed at the Hypertherm booth (N-6515) and at the Mastercam booth (East Hall, Booth #3340).  Both of these locations will feature live robotic spraying.

Take the opportunity at IMTS 2016 to explore across our three booth locations and four live robotic demonstrations and discover how Robotmaster can help you bring the robotic advantage for your shop.

Please inquire about our special show promo when you visit our main booth N6322.  See you in Chicago!

About Hypertherm Robotic Software

Hypertherms Robotic Software Team develops Robotmaster software, which seamlessly integrates CAD/CAM based robot programming, simulation and program generation. Common robot programming challenges typically require intricate user intervention or costly manual editing for producing error-free programs. Robotmaster provides innovative tools to effortlessly optimize robot programs producing error-free robot paths, avoiding singularity zones and collisions, working around joint and reach limitations, and optimizing tool orientations along the entire trajectory. Furthermore, Robotmaster software is ideally suited to program robots for such tasks as trimming, de-burring, polishing, welding, dispensing, grinding, spraying, painting and 3D machining, while supporting most industrial robot brands. Hypertherm Robotic Software, Inc., is an independent subsidiary of Hypertherm, Inc. www.robotmaster.com

The ERT150 - Dorner's Next Evolution of Edge Roller Technology Conveyors

The next evolution in Dorner's Edge Roller Technology conveyor platform, the ERT®150, is ideal for small and light-load assembly automation, as well as medical and medical-device assembly application. The ERT platform is the only pallet conveyor of its kind available with an ISO Standard Class 4 rating for cleanroom applications. Earning the ISO Standard 14644-1 Class 4 rating means Dorner's ERT150 will conform and not contribute to the contamination of cleanrooms to those standards. As implied by its name, the ERT150 (Edge Roller Technology) uses rollers to move pallets through the conveyor smoothly with no friction (a byproduct often seen in belt-driven platforms). The conveyor's open design eliminates concerns of small parts or screws dropping into rollers and causing conveyor damage or jamming. The ERT150 is suited to operate in cleanroom environments requiring a pallet handling conveyor. It is capable of zoning for no or low-back pressure accumulation and is ideal for automation assembly applications within industries including medical devices, electronics, consumer goods among others.
