Miniature Micropositioning Stages come in X, XY, and XYZ Configurations

The compact M-110, M-111, and M-112 miniature linear stage family from PI is designed for precision positioning, alignment, and micro-motion applications in confined spaces.

Auburn, MA - PI's M-110, M-111 and M-112 miniature linear stage family is designed for micropositioning applications where high resolution and repeatability is required with resolutions down to 0.05 microns (50 nanometers). Closed-loop servo motors with position encoders and economical stepper motors are available, as well as a choice of leadscrew and ballscrew drives. Travel ranges of 5mm, 15mm, and 25mm are offered.

XY / XYZ Miniature Stages for Multi-Axis Positioning and Alignment Applications
The miniaturized design allows for extremely compact XY and XYZ multi-axis assemblies. XY stages can be assembled of two miniature stages without the need for adapters. An angle bracket is available for XYZ stage assemblies.

Combination with XYZ Piezo Scanner for Fast Optics and Photonics Alignment
For the most demanding applications, where nanometer precision and high scanning speed are required, for example in optics and photonics alignment applications, a low inertia XYZ piezo scanner option is also available.

PI USA - High Precision R-Theta Stages for Semicon, Laser Processing Apps

2-axis R-Theta motion systems are better suited to spiral motion than Cartesian XY stages. R-Theta systems often find applications in precision laser / semiconductor applications due to higher throughput, precision, and smaller size. See examples and options.
