Intelligrated opens expanded Minnesota district office
Automation and software supplier grows to provide greater localized support for key accounts
(MINNEAPOLIS: July 29, 2014)—Intelligrated® (www.intelligrated.com), a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, demonstrates its commitment to robust, responsive customer support by opening an expanded district office in New Brighton, Minnesota.
The district office, an extension of the company's Chicago-based Midwest regional operations, allows Intelligrated to better meet the increased local demand for automation systems, service and support. Located at 900 Long Lake Road, the expanded location enables quick-response support for companies in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul region, throughout Minnesota and in adjacent northern states.
The Minnesota-based team provides turnkey system design, including concepting, estimating, engineering and project management services. Customer outreach efforts are led by Scott Gillette, district sales manager, and Mike Bruno, sales engineer. The expansion supports increased demand for efficient automated solutions from the state's growing warehousing and manufacturing operations, due to low unemployment and labor shortages, while laying a strategic foundation for future growth.
"The Minnesota district office allows us to be closer to our customers and enhance our overall presence in the region," says Chuck Harris, vice president, Midwest regional sales and operations. "This enables us to provide even greater levels of service and shorter response times."
Intelligrated's Midwest regional operations, which include the Minnesota district office, provide the company's complete lineup of material handling automation solutions and logistics software to companies located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Intelligrated's network of regional operations includes locations in California, Georgia, Ohio, New Jersey and Texas, along with a growing international presence throughout North and South America, and China.
