VadaTech started in 2004, primarily focused on specialty products in the AdvancedTCA architecture. The company offered several RTM solutions and expanded to provide Advanced Mezzanine Cards (AMCs). When MicroTCA came along in the 2006, the company increasingly shifted its focus to become the leader in the highly versatile COTS architecture.

The company recently invested in a $25 million state-of-the-art facility, tripling the number of production lines. The privately-held company is expecting to rapidly increase revenues this year and in 2015.
