Jordahl® USA Introduces New Protective Enclosures for Wiferion® Wireless Charging Stations for AGVs, AMRs & Mobile Robotics

Jordahl® USA, a PohlCon company, in partnership with Wiferion®, a PULS® brand are proud to announce the launch of four new protective enclosures designed to safeguard the etaLINK 3000â„¢ and CW1000â„¢ wireless charging stations in demanding industrial environments. These solutions optimize fleet management, increase efficiency, and reduce vehicle and space requirements all while significantly improving uptime for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and mobile robotics.


The flush to the floor WCPS-R-3013â„¢ offers the ultimate protection in demanding industrial environments from auto manufacturing to material handling and intralogistics. Formed of stainless steel with a 3,720 lb static wheel load, the WCPS-R-3013 easily protects wireless charging pads and cables from harsh elements and cross traffic.

The ISO Class 3 compatible WCPS-Rampâ„¢ is an on-the-floor wireless charging protection system designed for environments where a non-invasive, non-permanent installation is desired. The modular stainless steel construction allows easy extension of width and length to accommodate vehicle size and to create multi-station charging queues such as those commonly used in automobile manufacturing and assembly lines.

The WCPS-RFâ„¢ is our ISO Class 3 compatible protection system for installations in raised floor environments such as those found in laboratories, factories and clean rooms. The WCPS-RF replaces the existing raised floor panel with a stainless steel retrofit that includes an enclosure and protective cover for the embedded wireless charging pads while maintaining the integrity of the raised-floor system.

Designed for rapid and flexible deployment, the latest addition to the WCPS product line, the WCPS-400-SP1â„¢ is a versatile, portable, repositionable on-floor wireless charging protection system. Constructed of stainless steel, the heavy-duty, low-profile panel is the perfect solution for protecting charging pads in areas where the workflow changes or portable wireless power is needed.
