Zaber's X-LRQ-DE Series of linear stages have high stiffness, load, and lifetime capabilities in a compact size. The integrated linear encoder combined with stage calibration provides high accuracy positioning over the full travel of the device. At 36 mm high, these stages are excellent for applications where a low profile is required. The X-LRQ-DE's innovative design allows speeds up to 205 mm/s and loads up to 100 kg. Like all Zaber products, the X-LRQ-DE Series is designed for easy set-up and operation.

Our Robotics Technician program is designed for students interesting in building their technical knowledge and skills in industrial robots. Areas of study include: Motion programming, Palletizing and conveyor systems, Computer networking and integration, Automated sorting systems, Vision and tactile sensors.
Piab's Kenos KCS gripper enables a collaborative robot to handle just about anything at any time. Combining Piab's proprietary air-driven COAX vacuum technology with an easily replaceable technical foam that molds itself around any surface or shape, the gripper can be used to safely grip, lift and handle any object. Standard interface (ISO) adapters enable the whole unit to be attached to any cobot type on the market with a body made in a lightweight 3D printed material. Approved by Universal Robots as a UR+ end effector.
Schmalz Technology Development - Vacuum Generation without Compressed Air - Flexible and Intelligent
• Vacuum generation that's 100% electrical; • Integrated intelligence for energy and process control; • Extensive communication options through IO-Link interface; Schmalz already offers a large range of solutions that can optimize handling process from single components such as vacuum generators to complete gripping systems. Particularly when used in autonomous warehouse, conventional vacuum generation with compressed air reaches its limits. Compressed air often is unavailable in warehouses. Schmalz therefore is introducing a new technology development: a gripper with vacuum generation that does not use compressed air. The vacuum is generated 100% electrically. This makes the gripper both energy efficient and mobile. At the same time, warehouses need systems with integrated intelligence to deliver information and learn. This enables the use of mobile and self-sufficient robots, which pick production order at various locations in the warehouse. Furthermore, Schmalz provides various modular connection options from its wide range of end effectors in order to handle different products reliably and safely.
OCTOPUZ makes complex robot programming simple through cutting-edge Offline Robot Programming Software (OLRP) that enables detailed robot operations, complete with machinery and manufacturing components, to be first simulated on a computer, then output for the real world. Within this virtual cell, OCTOPUZ uses built-in machine logic to identify the optimal toolpath trajectory and program the required code for a multitude of industrial tasks. The code is then output for the specific robot brand, for use in the real world.
Analog Devices Inc. ADAQ4003 18-Bit 2MSPS µModule® Data Acquisition System is a signal chain solution that reduces the development cycle of a precision measurement system by transferring the signal chain design challenge of component selection, optimization, and layout from the designer to the device. The ADAQ4003 implements SIP technology that reduces end system component count by combining multiple common signal processing and conditioning blocks into a single device..
ElectroCraft's MobilePower™ Leap Award winning MPW wheel drive is a compact, high-torque density electric wheel drive.
The new MPW86 offers a best in class 500lb per wheel load with speeds of up to 4.3 meters/second. The MPW86 offers powerful starting torque of 35 Nm and 20 Nm continuous. The MPW86 integrated design provides increased performance and reliability at an affordable price compared to traditional motor/gearbox/wheel combinations. The MPW86 is an ideal drivetrain solution for medium to large payload mobile robots and AGVs.
The ST Robotics Workspace Sentry robot and area safety system are based on a small module that sends an infrared beam across the workspace. If the user puts his hand (or any other object) in the workspace, the robot stops using programmable emergency deceleration. Each module has three beams at different angles and the distance a beam reaches is adjustable. Two or more modules can be daisy chained to watch a wider area. "A robot that is tuned to stop on impact may not be safe. Robots where the trip torque can be set at low thresholds are too slow for any practical industrial application. The best system is where the work area has proximity detectors so the robot stops before impact and that is the approach ST Robotics has taken," states President and CEO of ST Robotics David Sands.
The industry's first comprehensive Robot Integrator Program saves robot integrators significant time and cost investments by allowing them to mark each cell compliant with ANSI/RIA R15.06 with the TUV Rheinland Mark. As opposed to a traditional certification or an on-site field labeling, TÜV Rheinland's Robot Integrator Program certifies the knowledge and skill-set of robot integrators in addition to testing robotic cells and processes against ANSI/RIA R15.06. This reduces the need for frequent onsite or off site testing and allows manufacturers to apply a single TÜV Rheinland label to multiple cells. The Robot Integrator Program individually assesses a robot integrator's understanding of the ANSI/RIA R15.06 standard along with the ability to consistently produce compliant robot cells. Following the requirements and procedures of the new program will enable robot integrators to produce individually compliant robotic cells under one serialized TÜV Rheinland Mark, which meets the national electric code and allows acceptance by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and end users.
