Our claw vacuum pumps offer reliable oil-less contact free vacuum performance for demanding applications operating with virtually no maintenance for long intervals. Decades of claw experience puts Elmo Rietschle at the forefront to offer the latest in claw vacuum technology ideal for vacuum applications for the Robotics market.

These pumps are ideal for robotic vacuum lifting systems such as lifting/loading tasks, carton pallet loading, pic and place robotic articulation as well as ergonomic vacuum lifting devices and systems and provide clean oil-free contact-less compression with maintenance intervals of up to 5 years! Replace vacuum generators and venturi vacuum units that consume valuable compressed house air. Stand-alone vacuum pumps are up to 9 times more energy efficient than generating vacuum from compressed air.

Our two new model sizes, VLR-62 and VLR-122, are rated at 44 and 85 cfm with an ultimate vacuum level down to 27 inHg. We offer two different pump variants that allow you to select the right pump for the application. Our "passive" cooled version is a compact alternative to replace older style pumps such as rotary carbon vane, oil lubricated vane and liquid ring vacuum pumps in applications requiring a vacuum level down to 18 inHg.

Rid yourself of frequent costly maintenance and the consumption of thousands of gallons of water, in the case of liquid ring vacuum pumps. Our "active" cooled version utilizes a pump cooling fan in a compact and very quiet pump designed for applications requiring vacuum down to 27 inHg. Combine these pumps with VFD operation to fine tune the performance to the application and yield energy savings credits and rebates from local power providers.
