INTEGRATED Engineering Software Announces the Release of Version 9.2

Highlights in this version are the increase in power and speed, as well as improvements in the programs meshing and solving capabilities.

Winnipeg, Canada December 03, 2013

INTEGRATED Engineering Software, a leading developer of hybrid simulation tools for electromagnetic, thermal and particle trajectory design analysis, announces today the latest release of its suite of software programs.

In this new version, the power and speed of the CAE software programs has been multiplied, and users will notice marked improvements in meshing and solving. This is in part attributed to the more effective use of available computer resources - extra RAM, multiple processor cores, etc. These simulation programs now boast a more robust and extensive coupling technique providing a wider range of multiphysics products, and include an improved streamline generation and material identification algorithm.

INTEGRATED has doubled its Application Programming Interface (API) capabilities to approximately 300 functions and it now supports MATLAB® scripting (click here for a video). INTEGRATED's API provides customers with power and flexibility so they can integrate their CAE software programs to their design analysis applications. This customization brings each particular electromagnetic, thermal and particle trajectory design to an even higher level of sophistication.

Bruce Klimpke, Technical Director with INTEGRATED Engineering Software, explains: "Version 9.2 is the result of a planning and development process in which many customers have been involved. This ensures that our software goes in the same direction as the market. It is our goal to deliver robust software programs that provide answers to our customers' challenges and deliver accurate results they can trust, and this version is meeting our expectations. On a different note, our recent partnership with MathWorks and the new API capabilities in our software open the doors to a new level in design and applications."

INTEGRATED Engineering Software suite of products is available in 2D/RS (Rotationally Symmetric) and 3D versions.
