Quicktron Robotics launches the QuickMix suite of integrated goods-handling technologies for the USA

The QuickMix suite, which combines tote-to-person, shelf-to-person, pallet-to-person, high density storage, and flexible transport into a single robot control system platform, launches in the US today.

Quicktron GmbH, Dallas, United States, 11th November 2025 - Quicktron Robotics announced today that it will launch the QuickMix suite, its newest generation of intralogistics innovations, in the USA. QuickMix is a full suite of integrated goods-handling technologies including G2P systems, QuickBin+, QuickBin Ultra, QuickCube, and Mixed Picking Workstations. The company's QuickMix hybrid solution combines tote-to-person, shelf-to-person, pallet-to-person, high density storage, and flexible transport into a single robot control system platform. Designed for multi-robot collaboration, QuickMix enables operations to adapt to complex and rapidly changing needs.

The key advantages of QuickMix include:

• Multi-scenario integration: One warehouse can seamlessly support piece picking, full case handling, and full pallet handling.
• Unified system architecture: A single RCS orchestrates multiple device types and interfaces with upstream business systems for end-to-end automation.
• High scalability: Modular design allows future expansion as operations grow.
• Cost-efficiency balance: Maximizes storage density and throughput while controlling operating costs within limited space.

With QuickMix, warehouse automation is no longer a collection of isolated single-function modules but a unified, intelligent ecosystem capable of handling diverse workflows with consistency and precision. QuickMix fits multiple Quicktron components into a larger integrated strategy. Within its pallet-level end-to-end automation platform QuickCube, Quicktron replaces conventional lifts with innovative compact lifts (2-direction) embedded directly into rack rails, working in tandem with its self-developed four-way shuttle bots to achieve ultra-dense pallet storage. By removing the bottom rack level, QuickCube can also integrate a G2P shelf-to-person system. For outbound flows, submersible mobile robots handle pallet transfers to buffer zones, from which Quicktron's proprietary omnidirectional unmanned forklifts move pallets to loading docks.

The QuickCube "pallet storage-up, picking-down" system not only executes full-pallet and case-pick operations but also replenishes QuickBin Ultra high-density tote storage. As a high-throughput vertical tote-handling system capable of up to 3 m/s vertical lift speed, QuickBin Ultra pairs the bin pickers A5 high-speed picking vehicle (200 picks/hour) with the bin movers M5F/M5E single- or double-fork tote movers (4.5 m/s linear speed). Leveraging the system efficiency between big and small robots, a single workstation can reach 600 totes/hour outbound throughput.

In addition, certain QuickBin Ultra zones can merge with existing tote-handling systems to plan mixed G2P shelf-to-person picking beneath tote racks or connect directly from Ultra's bin pickers to conveyor lines for tote outbound picking. This modular approach dramatically increases application flexibility. What's more important, all hardware systems across these solutions are configured and managed by Quicktron's RCS platform, simplifying operation for both users and integrators while enhancing scalability across complex scenarios.

TM Robotics - Shibaura Machine THE SCARA range

The THE range from Shibaura Machine is an extensive line up of SCARA robots. Available in four arm lengths THE400 (400mm), THE600 (600mm) and the most recent THE800 (800mm) and THE1000 (1000mm), this range is suitable for assembly, handling, inspection and pick and place processes in varied industrial applications. The THE1000 boasts a 20kg payload capacity and an impressive 0.44 second cycle time, providing high speeds for processes with large components. In fact, the range has been recognised for as the price-to-performance leader compared to other SCARA models in its price range due to its impressive speed versus payload capacity.
