What makes your booth a must visit for FABTECH Expo Attendees?

As one of the premier robotic integrators in the country with over 35 years of experience, Acieta offers insight from three different segment experts: how automation can apply to fabrication, welding, and overall manufacturing process improvement. Whether you’re interested in how to address demand for faster lead time and a dwindling workforce, freeing up floor space, increasing productivity--each of these presentations will provide insight into the value of automation and how to choose the right robotics integrator. Attendees will hear real examples of how automation has impacted businesses.

FABTECH Expo has many educational sessions, forums & Demo’s, is your company involved in any of them this year?

Welders won’t want to miss Nick Cowell’s presentation “The Future of Robotic Welding” on Monday at 3:20 PM in A4138.

For overall insight into positive impact of automation on productivity and operations, check out Mark Sumner's presentation "Adapt Your Manufacturing Process: Do More with Less" on Wednesday November 13, 2019 at 10:45 a.m in Room 5401d.

On Wednesday at 11:20 AM Chris Poole will share more details on the value of the “Robotically Integrated Bending Solutions (RIBS)” to fabricators in A4138.

When you get a chance to walk the exhibit hall floor yourself, what is it you will be most interested to see?  Any educational sessions, pavilions etc. you plan on attending?

Our partner FANUC will be there again this year and we’re excited to collaborate with them to bring the newest automated solutions to regional manufacturers. We will see their presentation on the benefits of automating, since it is a holistic approach to the concerns and needs of manufacturers.

The Advanced Manufacturing is undertaking rapid advancements, be it 3D Printing and the materials used in automation and robotics.  Automation Technology is a huge part for many manufacturers, give us an idea on how your company and product is being utilized now in the smart factory.

Hytrol, a material handling systems manufacturer, wanted to expand their capacity, but hit a growth ceiling. As a collaboration we integrated 7 different robots to manage three of their manufacturing processes. The result was a fully remodeled floor. Hytrol saved 80% floor space, reduced lead times, improved on time delivery, and increased capacity by 50% as a result of automation.

Give us your thoughts on what the future holds for manufacturers and automation technology.

Manufacturers who are transforming their business for the future are adopting automation and welcoming robotics as a solution to capacity restraints caused by the labor shortage. It improves power in all sectors; it eases the grunt, repetitive work on your employees and streamlines your processes. Automation systems can be adapted to your standing operations, with cutting edge safety and being straightforward for its operators. It is here to help.
