Veteran software executive to manage global software sales

(CINCINNATI: May 14, 2015) Intelligrated® (www.intelligrated.com), a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces the appointment of Russ Mellott to the position of vice president, software sales. He is responsible for directing software sales, sales support, strategy and operational teams to increase market share for the Intelligrated software portfolio.

In his new role, Mellott leads sales of Intelligrated warehouse execution systems, labor management software and order picking technologies. Based in Atlanta, he reports to Kevin Roach, executive vice president and general manager, Intelligrated software.

During a 25-year career, Mellott has held a variety of sales and executive management positions for software organizations, including Prophet 21 and Activant Solutions. He most recently served as senior vice president of sales for Epicor Software. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science from LaSalle University.
